VI is Growing - Looking for Business Development Coordinator
Business Development Coordinator/PT (16-20 hours per week)
Job purpose: Along with the Business Development Manager, the Coordinator will assist with growing VeinInnovations by building relationships with doctor offices in and around the metro Atlanta area.
Key responsibilities:
o Visit family medicine, internal medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, podiatry offices to ensure they have all VeinInnovations materials necessary to refer patients
o Schedule and order lunches/breakfasts/dinners at offices to help educate other doctors and staff about our practice
o Along with VI doctor, visit the staff and doctors at the potential referring physician’s offices during the lunch hour
o Record all visits and submit weekly report
o Study and learn the basics of the venous system and VI procedures
o Research current offices that have been visited and broaden that list by visiting new offices
o Communicate with the BD Manager when supplies such as pens, post-its, brochures or anything else used at referring doctor’s offices have depleted
o Attend health fairs, business expos, and community events
o Assist with any other marketing, advertising and social media initiatives
Skills:
o Excellent personal communication skills
o Personable, outgoing and well-spoken
o Organized and attention to detail
o Social media knowledge
o Confident interacting with medical staff and doctors
Education:
o Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, Communication or related field preferred but not required
Additional Requirements:
o Must have a current and valid Driver’s license and be able to provide proof of insurance
o Must have own reliable transportation to work with and visit offices located throughout the greater Atlanta area. Mileage will be reimbursed.
